What you'll do

• Accountable for delivering targets including Order Intake, Sales, Gross Margin, and EBITDA.
• Identifies organizational gaps and market opportunities.
• Prepares and delivers budgets and mid-term plans.
• Sets targets and accountabilities for management personnel.
• Coordinates NPE Service Business with the VP Country Manager.
• Ensures a work environment that recruits and retains quality staff.
• Drives customer service focus.
• Manages escalation issues.
• Communicates openly following the NPE NAM communication plan.
• Ensures approval and compliance processes follow GEA guidelines.
