Internal Organizing Coordinator (Union Representative)

What you'll do

• Develop and execute operational plans aligned with UFW’s vision
• establish processes to identify and maximize financial resources
• maintain accurate grievance, arbitration, and membership records
• implement training models for worker boards
• encourage problem-solving among staff, workers, and employers under contract
• build partnerships and empower workers
• identify value in UFW relationships for contract employers
• renegotiate current contracts before expiration
• supervise staff as needed.
