What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for player acquisition, engagement, and retention
• identify and scale growth opportunities
• lead and develop the marketing team
• manage agency and vendor relationships, scopes, creative briefs, budgets, and performance
• direct media planning and buying across paid social, search, programmatic, influencer, and emerging channels
• oversee social content and creator partnerships
• guide brand and creative quality
• partner with Product on CRM, lifecycle, and promotional programs
• use AI and emerging technology in marketing workflows
• coordinate digital and in-venue marketing
• track KPIs and report recommendations
• ensure compliance with advertising regulations, platform policies, and responsible-gaming standards.
