eSports Supervisor/Coach

The eSports Supervisor/Coach role is an onsite seasonal evening position in Charleston, SC, paying $15–$18 per hour. The typical schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., during fall (September–December) and spring (March–May) seasons. St. Andrew’s Parks & Playground Commission runs a youth program for participants ages 9–15. The coach leads youth participants in competitive gaming while promoting teamwork, communication, leadership, and sportsmanship. The role organizes practices, supervises competitions, helps troubleshoot technical issues, and maintains a safe and inclusive environment for players.

What you'll do

• Coach youth participants in Valorant, Overwatch 2, Rocket League, Apex Legends, and Fortnite

Why this role

Seasonal position during fall and spring; candidates must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Youth work or coaching experience is preferred; CPR/AED/First Aid and Darkness to Light – Stewards of Children certifications must be obtained and maintained.
