What you'll do

• Own early venture development from problem definition and MVP scoping through shipping, testing, and iteration
• use lean experiments to validate assumptions
• shape customer experience and product vision
• work with founders to sharpen focus and momentum
• support studio stage gates and evidence-backed investment committee decisions
• monitor market dynamics, emerging technology, and user behavior
• communicate progress, learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations.
