The Dietary Coordinator role is 100% onsite in Plymouth, MN, and is full-time, exempt, at 40 hours per week. The pay range is $45,760–$52,000 per year, based on experience. Mission Nursing Home provides care for up to 70 residents experiencing physical or behavioral health challenges.

What you'll do

• Support and coordinate daily Dietary Department operations and compliance with food-service, nutrition, safety, sanitation, and resident-rights requirements. Coordinate food and supply orders within budget
• maintain records
• audit dietary operations and dining rooms
• assess resident satisfaction and meal quality
• train and coach dietary employees
• assist with cook or dietary aide duties when needed
• back up the Dietary Director during absences
• and coordinate with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
