What you'll do

• Manage a patient panel
• conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• provide in-office and occasional telehealth care
• participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and team huddles
• perform in-office procedures within clinical training
• supervise one or more nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues
• and obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in other states as needed.
