What you'll do

• Train, develop, and provide feedback to staff

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in a related clinical field, a clinical license such as MFT, LPCC, or LCSW or qualifying associate registration in New Mexico, and 2+ years’ experience in a substance use or mental health treatment facility. Provides on-call consultation and support to supervisees outside regular work hours. Bilingual applicants may receive a $1,500 bonus distributed over 12 months.
