What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Quality team
• maintain and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with AS9100D, ISO 9001, customer, and regulatory requirements
• establish and monitor quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
• coach and develop the team through feedback, training, and succession planning
• lead supplier quality programs, corrective actions, root cause investigations, and improvement efforts
• serve as quality subject matter expert supporting audits, inspection processes, metrology systems, and customer quality requirements.
