Sales Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Lead demonstrations of ERP software, SaaS solutions, and related applications
• tailor demonstrations with Sales and Account Executives to customer requirements
• explain features, workflows, integrations, and business value
• prepare and maintain demo scripts, materials, scenarios, and sandbox environments
• stay current on product releases
• collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
• relay customer feedback and product needs.
