Patient Transporter

Safely transport patients/residents to and from their inpatient/resident beds to other areas and ancillary departments, and retrieve medical records, prescriptions and other clinical documentation for patients/residents as requested. Required to remove and replace medical devices, and lift, or assisting in lifting patients/residents to gurneys, wheelchairs or other devices to facilitate transport.
