What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end execution across design, engineering, procurement, and commissioning
• translate client needs into plans aligned with company standards and Front-End Loading methodology
• manage schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• maintain client relationships and respond to feedback
• support business development through scope definition, proposals, and upselling
• mentor project team members
• identify and mitigate risks
• forecast workloads and resources
• track budgets and financial performance.
