Warehouse Supervisor — Second Shift

The Warehouse Supervisor — Second Shift role is onsite in Shreveport, LA. Compensation is $70,000–$75,000 per year. The role maintains inventory accuracy, reinforces safety and standard work, and works with warehouse leadership and Production, Purchasing, and Planning to address shortages and prevent production delays.

What you'll do

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, staging, transfers, and delivery of materials to production. Assign workloads
• coach and train employees
• monitor performance and safety
• maintain accurate inventory transactions
• support cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• coordinate material needs with production and warehouse leadership
• use Sage ERP/WMS
• support continuous improvement.
