What you'll do

• Follow and ensure team members follow company policies and procedures that maintain security
• act as supervisor when department leadership is absent
• maintain daily operations and report issues
• complete accurate incident reports
• escort and observe guests and employees and report safety hazards
• maintain knowledge of facilities and special events
• interact professionally with guests and team members
• support customer service and satisfaction
• accept identification as needed for gaming regulation compliance
• maintain attendance, confidentiality, and safety standards
• respond to guest inquiries and complaints.
