What you'll do

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners
• receive, prioritize, and dispatch service calls, alarms, routine requests, and emergency incidents
• maintain accurate logs and incident records
• coordinate communications among officers, campus departments, emergency responders, and other personnel
• respond calmly to incidents and escalate information or requests for assistance as appropriate.
