Fiber Construction Foreman (OSP/ISP)

The Fiber Construction Foreman (OSP/ISP) role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with work at project sites. Compensation is $65,000–$85,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead crews installing OSP and ISP fiber infrastructure
• coordinate daily work, sequencing, and resources
• enforce safety protocols
• review drawings, floor plans, specifications, and network designs
• communicate with project managers, customers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• troubleshoot onsite
• support installations in telecom rooms, data centers, MDFs, IDFs, and customer facilities
• coordinate closeout and acceptance
• document progress, safety observations, and production.
