What you'll do

• Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and messages
• resolve complaints and escalate serious issues
• contact dealers to develop buy and sell business
• maintain customer relationships and support outside sales
• log calls and meet call expectations set by management
• perform sale-day duties
• train and educate customers on ADESA.com and applications
• use the CRM to log calls and review reports
• coordinate with departments to market inventory and maximize vehicle exposure
• educate customers on services
• contact dealers about purchasing units and aged inventory.
