What you'll do

• Provide bathing, oral hygiene, shampooing, dressing, toileting, and skin care
• change bed linens and keep living areas orderly as appropriate
• plan and prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• take and record vital signs when ordered and competency requirements are met
• assist with ambulation, exercise, range of motion, and self-administration of medication as directed
• do laundry as appropriate
• use equipment safely
• report changes to the assigned nurse
• follow documentation and care procedures.
