The role also supports shop-floor production by improving setups, troubleshooting code and process issues, and increasing cycle-time efficiency and repeatability.

What you'll do

• Program 2–3 axis mills, mill-turn and live-tooling lathes, and 3+2 positional multi-axis work in Mastercam 2025
• interpret engineering prints and GD&T
• plan workholding and setup sequences
• select tooling, feeds, and speeds
• verify programs through solid and machine simulation
• maintain and troubleshoot post processors and control definitions
• prepare setup sheets
• support first-article runs and in-process troubleshooting
• improve cycle time and production repeatability.
