What you'll do

• Develop and supervise individualized behavior support plans, mentor behavior technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Facilitate staff training, evaluate team performance, and support a collaborative work environment.
• Attendance at IEP and IFSP meetings may be required.
• A master’s degree and current BCBA certification are required.
