Scrum Master – Mobile Application Teams

What you'll do

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more mobile application Scrum teams
• facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• coach teams on Scrum, Agile principles, and continuous improvement
• remove impediments and manage dependencies affecting mobile app delivery
• collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization
• track sprint progress using Jira or Azure DevOps and Agile metrics
• foster collaboration across iOS, Android, QA, UX, DevOps, and backend teams
• protect focus on sprint goals
• support release planning
• promote automated testing, CI/CD, and definition-of-done practices
• identify risks and support mitigation. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
• CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification is preferred.
