What you'll do

• Show apartments and secure leases
• convert walk-ins, calls, and emails into appointments and leases
• follow up with applicants
• screen applicants
• prepare leases and move-in orientations
• handle renewals, extensions, and notices
• support resident retention
• maintain leasing-office files and supplies
• answer calls
• coordinate utility connections
• inspect vacant units
• address resident complaints
• collect delinquent rent
• support resident events.
