Senior Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, overhaul, and repair hydraulic molding presses and related systems
• diagnose automated machinery, VFDs, sensors, relays, and PLC-controlled systems up to 480V
• interpret PLC ladder logic
• maintain steam, heating, and cooling systems
• lead equipment overhauls and heavy rigging
• execute preventive and predictive maintenance
• maintain inventory and records
• lead emergency troubleshooting
• assign work orders and mentor junior technicians
• and follow LOTO, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and company safety procedures.
