Paver/Hardscape Installer

The Paver/Hardscape Installer works primarily outdoors at active landscape and construction sites in Pleasant Grove, UT. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The role supports Stratton Landscape Group’s commercial and landscape construction projects through accurate paver and hardscape installation.

What you'll do

• Prepare sites through excavation, grading, leveling, and compaction
• install aggregate base and bedding materials
• establish grades, elevations, slopes, layouts, and patterns
• lay, cut, and finish pavers
• install edging and restraints
• apply jointing materials and compact finished areas
• support drainage requirements
• identify and correct installation issues
• read plans and specifications
• move and stage materials
• operate properly trained tools and equipment
• protect surrounding property and maintain a safe, organized job site.
