The Industrial Maintenance Technician — Fabrication Equipment & Facility Systems role is onsite in White House, TN. The technician helps keep production equipment and facility systems operating by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a varied mix of legacy and automated fabrication machinery. The work supports reliable production, equipment performance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot and repair fabrication and production equipment
  • diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
  • perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
  • support automated fabrication and CNC-controlled systems
  • coordinate with outside technical vendors when advanced support is required
  • maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation
  • support continuous improvement and 5S/6S initiatives.
