What you'll do

• Manage new and revised USDA label approvals using EZForm
• develop Nutrition Facts panels and ensure labeling-regulation compliance
• create and maintain product specifications for internal production and customer requirements
• collaborate with R&D, QA, and Sales on product information, ingredients, nutrition, and allergens
• maintain labeling documentation and support third-party audits
• use EZForm and TraceGains
• support labeling requirements for cooked and raw production facilities.

Why this role
