What you'll do

• Create job postings in iSolved Applicant Tracking
• screen applications and conduct phone interviews
• coordinate interviews, selections, background checks, offer letters, and new-hire preparation
• manage the recruitment lifecycle and contractor vendors for travel staff
• clarify staffing needs with hiring managers
• develop plans for hard-to-fill roles and candidate pipelines
• facilitate orientation and onboarding
• support engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
