Medication Aide - Part-Time Nights

Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance. Administers prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse. Documents resident interactions, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicates changing condition and medication follow-up to the charge nurse.
