Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role is onsite in Menominee, MI, with compensation of $23–$25 per hour depending on experience. Burton Mill Solutions, a division of Wood Technologies International, supplies lumber-processing equipment, technology, and tooling. The CSR processes sales orders and supports customers and internal teams with product information, quotations, and issue resolution. Accurate order handling and customer follow-up help sustain customer relationships and support sales and revenue.

What you'll do

• Input high volumes of sales orders
• build internal and external customer relationships
• manage incoming phone calls
• generate sales leads
• provide accurate information and solutions
• route orders through proper channels
• engage with customers
• work with the CSR Lead on best practices
• help identify and train a product champion
• follow up on quotations
• invoice consumables delivered by company trucks
• enter data into the ERP system and analyze data.
