Pizza Shift Lead

The Pizza Shift Lead role is full-time and in person in Beachwood, OH. Compensation is $18–$25 USD per hour. The shift lead supports Boom’s Pizza restaurant operations and guest service. Working alongside the management team and as a service team member, the shift lead helps keep assigned shifts running smoothly. The role supports food quality, cleanliness, guest experience, inventory readiness, and accurate opening and closing procedures.

What you'll do

• Complete opening tasks, prepare cash drawers, conduct line checks, receive and organize orders, and perform prep work
• greet guests and address concerns
• monitor team adherence to policies and sanitation standards
• assist with ordering and inventory
• complete closing procedures, reconcile cash drawers, secure the facility, and send shift updates to management
• work a front- or back-of-house station.
