Cell Lead

What you'll do

• Oversee cell employees and production flow
• oversee cell-machine and overall machine quality
• issue materials to shop orders
• prepare shop orders for closure
• support production processes
• approve in-process production through specification checks and visual and measurement tests
• communicate needed adjustments and quality issues
• assist with IFS transactions
• train new operators and temporary employees and document training
• complete and scan production paperwork
• participate in continuous improvement
• follow GMP and company policies
• report food-safety, quality, or food-defense concerns.
