What you'll do

• Maintain common areas and grounds
• remove trash from vacant units
• check locks and gates
• paint and clean the property, leasing office, restrooms, models, and vacant units
• manage cleaning supplies
• assist with equipment upkeep and service requests
• maintain tools and inventory
• help with make-ready tasks
• document requests and report hazards
• and build rapport with residents and handle complaints. The posting also requires participation in an on-call rotation for apartment maintenance emergencies.
