Residential Site Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals
• coordinate site scheduling and staffing
• oversee Individual Service Plans and documentation
• communicate with administrative staff, guardians, interdisciplinary teams, and case management
• train and mentor staff
• monitor cleanliness, medication logs, and incident reports
• participate in audits and quality improvement.
