What you'll do

• Maintain paperless accounts payable approvals and supporting records
• enter accounts payable and receivable invoices
• assist with collections and follow-up
• prepare and reconcile weekly franchisee payments
• record and process cash deposits and related reconciliations
• assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting
• support accounting projects and clerical work.
