What you'll do

• Lead and develop Regional Medical Directors
• establish provider performance expectations and improvement plans
• refine the Model of Care, clinical standards, protocols, and workflows
• promote evidence-based medicine and patient safety
• lead clinical components of value-based arrangements
• strengthen complex care management and transitions of care
• develop education on complex care and documentation
• establish escalation standards
• provide physician leadership across primary care, specialty services, telehealth, behavioral health, and on-call services
• evaluate service-line performance and opportunities for redesign.
