What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and payments
• reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• maintain vendor records and payment terms
• prepare electronic transfers and payments
• assist with month-end closing
• collaborate with internal teams on invoice coding
• respond to vendor inquiries
• assist with accounts payable policies and procedures.
