What you'll do

• Analyze complex trust and estate matters
• develop estate tax and asset protection strategies
• draft estate and gift tax structures and related corporate transactions
• prepare and file Forms 706 and 709
• advise clients and trustees on trust documents, duties, beneficiary rights, and tax implications
• administer family trusts and prepare fiduciary accountings
• review foundational estate plans
• lead the Foundational Estate Planning Department.
