What you'll do
- Coordinate individualized mental health and substance abuse treatment plans
- evaluate, assess, and counsel youth and families
- provide individual, group, and family therapy
- document progress in notes, treatment plans, reviews, and aftercare plans
- develop discharge and aftercare plans
- assess family dynamics and plan interventions
- collaborate with leadership on performance improvement and policy compliance
- participate in youth routines and required training
- report incidents or concerns according to policy.
