What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
• maintain required reports, records, accreditation, and survey readiness
• lead strategic relationship expansion with Business Development teams
• oversee site financial performance and controllable costs
• participate in annual budget development
• administer hospice resources and operations
• ensure coordinated plans of care and overall care management
• support care that prioritizes patient and family needs, comfort, and dignity.
