What you'll do

• Manage relationships with assigned clients
• service crop-insurance policies and respond to inquiries
• review coverage and product information
• prepare applications, production and acreage reports, and claims documentation
• assist with claims
• support sales processes and events
• review documents for accuracy and compliance
• enter data into insurance systems and Salesforce
• prepare quotes and reports
• identify retention and cross-selling opportunities.
