What you'll do

  • Assist residents with prescribed medication administration according to care plans
  • document care and report changes in resident status
  • manage medication inventory and storage and coordinate reorders and deliveries
  • assist with activities of daily living
  • provide emotional support and companionship
  • encourage participation in life-enrichment activities
  • and communicate with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid state medication-administration license or eligibility under state requirements, and at least 12 months of professional medication-administration experience. Current First Aid and CPR credentials or ability to obtain them are required.
