What you'll do

• Perform painting, home remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, and landscaping
• assist with ventilation, refrigeration, heating, and plumbing systems
• inspect alarm systems and arrange repairs when needed
• complete manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows
• perform pest-control activities
• maintain grounds and equipment
• assist with budget preparation
• mow, weed-eat, and trim hedges.
