Production Line Operator

Job overview

The Production Line Operator works onsite in Marion, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Day hours are 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; night hours are 5:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. Pepsi MidAmerica’s production team makes and packages beverage products. The operator runs and monitors production machinery, handles materials, checks product quality, and maintains a clean and safe workspace. These duties support consistent production and quality standards while helping the team meet its production goals.
