What you'll do

• Advise registered investment companies, investment advisers, and fund boards
• counsel on mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, interval funds, tender offer funds, and business development companies
• assist with fund formation, registration, product development, and compliance
• draft and review fund disclosures and related documents
• research legal and regulatory developments
• advise on applicable securities laws
• represent clients before the SEC and state securities regulators
• support client stakeholders and M&A matters
• train and guide junior attorneys and legal staff
• use AI tools responsibly and ethically.
