The Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Planner is an onsite position located in Norfolk, VA. This role exists to provide subject matter expertise in Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) and Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EMW). The planner will assist in the development, design, and execution of naval and joint warfare training exercises.
