What you'll do

• Inspect products for uniformity and quality before packaging
• sort trays and feed them into the tray washer
• operate pan stacker and unstacker equipment as needed
• assist with product changeovers
• dispose of scrap and waste
• maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• inspect wrapped products and package codes
• set and pull pans
• report quality, food safety, and machine issues
• follow OSHA, company safety, HACCP, GMP, and allergen procedures.
