Confectionery Production Associate

Job overview

The Confectionery Production Associate role is onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA, with a Monday–Friday first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $17 per hour. REM Staffing is hiring production associates to make chocolate-covered pretzels and gourmet sweets. This role supports daily confection production by preparing, decorating, packaging, and packing products while following food-safety practices and production goals.

What you'll do

• Handcraft pretzels and brittle treats
• assist with cooking, forming, dipping, decorating, and packaging confections
• wrap and seal products
• pick and pack orders
• assemble seasonal gift boxes
• maintain a clean, sanitary workspace
• cross-train in production areas
• lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
