The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager is an onsite role in Waterbury, CT, paying $18–$19 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs partners with retail locations and destinations to create holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports daily photo operations, helps lead and develop the seasonal team, and contributes to sales and guest-service performance. The role helps ensure families have a positive Santa visit and photo experience.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve service concerns
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with recruiting, scheduling, training, and administrative tasks.
