What you'll do

• Oversee operational and financial performance for an assigned portfolio
• lead initiatives to maximize net operating income and asset value
• recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate onsite leaders
• develop and oversee budgets, marketing plans, and leasing strategies
• analyze financial statements and budget variances
• uphold operational standards and legal compliance
• guide teams in responding to property and resident emergencies
• build relationships with owners, investors, teams, and vendors
• travel frequently within the assigned region.
