What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, entrances, stockrooms, parking areas, and exterior perimeter
• observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations
• assist with access control, visitor interactions, and incident documentation.
